As a Deputy Manager of the Core Facility for Crystallography and Biophysics (CFCB), I am mainly responsible for the management and R&D of the BIO pipeline. I am working also as an Assistant Professor at the Laboratory for Structural and Biochemical Research (BCRC, UW) headed by Professor Krzysztof Woźniak.

I have completed the SKILLS Internship, from the Foundation for Polish Science (FNP) at the Professor Władek Minor Laboratory (Department of Molecular Physiology and Biological Physics, UVA, USA). The internship gave me a great opportunity to work on state-of-art projects in the field of X-ray crystallography of proteins. I completed my additional biochemical studies and management skills and lead the project on D-2-hydroxyacid dehydrogenases (2HADHs) family.

I have developed my skills in several structural and molecular biology, and biochemistry techniques, experienced in writing and carrying on grant research, arranging multidisciplinary research team, and managing co-workers from different research disciplines.

I have a very good attitude to teach and guide students. I received the Award from the MSHE for the best science presenting team.

I have also developed broad skills in designing, completing and managing of research laboratories. I have contributed to establishing one of the biggest laboratories at the Biological and Chemical Research Centre (UW) where now CFCB facility is located.
